Bol.com is a webshop in the Netherlands and offers general merchandising products in categories such as music, film, electronics, toys, jewelry, watches, baby products, gardening and DIY. Per 2020, the store serves 11 million active customers in the Netherlands and Belgium and offers over 23 million items.
I did 3 seperate projects, all as a Tableau Specialist. In the first project I was working in the BI team and with internal stakeholders to transition the old BI environment to Tableau. This required recreating old dashboards and designing and creating new ones together with their business users.
The second project was for the Network Excellence team, where I created a KPI Driver tree dashboard which combined data from 10+ sources to show 20+ KPI's.
The third project was assisting the BI team with everything Tableau: dashboard handovers to the business, a Black Friday Dashboard for all employees, bug fixes, newsletters and much more.
PVH is one of the world’s largest fashion companies, including brands Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER. The European HQ in Amsterdam is where I developed the Retail Store Performance Dashboard for the Omnichannel team. This Tableau dashboard combined data for Retail and E-commerce and showed store performance in all european stores by looking at multiple KPIs.
The LCCB (Landelijke Coördinatie COVID-19-bestrijding) was created to coordinate the fight against Covid-19. The organisation reports to the ministery of health (VWS) and the municipal health organisations (GGD). One of their functions is to provide management information and data on which decisions and guidelines can be made regarding Covid-19.
I joined the LCCB organisation in 2022, in the Vaccinations Monitoring team. I was tasked with gathering data requirements, design and build Power BI dashboards, answer ad-hoc data questions and more.

Its 21 local brands employ 375,000 people at 6,500 stores in 11 countries.

Starred is the SaaS solution of choice for Talent Acquisition and HR teams across the globe. With a growing team of 30+ from our office in Amsterdam they have been recently selected by the Financial Times as one of Euorpes Fastest Growing companies in 2020.
I've been helping Starred with their NPS dashboard and reporting solutions, on and off for the past 3 years. Firstly developing these in DOMO, and later migrating these (plus new) dashboards to Looker.
Greetz is the most popular online gift company in the Netherlands. You can send personalised cards and gifts through their online platform. They have 160 employees and are based in Amsterdam.
Greetz asked me to help set up Self Service Analytics for their organisation. I took on the Community Management role and implemented different management tools and channels such as templates, sample workbooks, training material, help-channels and community events. I also created a custom full day Tableau Explorer Training on their own data.
The Municipality of Amsterdam is one of the biggest in the Netherlands. It employs over 16.000 people. Because Amsterdam is my hometown, I really enjoyed working for them. The projects were diverse and the data was recognizable. I worked for 11 months on multiple Tableau dashboards:
I built a dashboard for civil alerts with trends and maps, which can be filtered on type and status. I made a Covid-dashboard to show all civil alerts and complaints on the map. I created a dashboard for the Legal department on permit requests and status. I created an HR dashboard for the Bridge department to check time-registration, absenteeism, holiday planning and team-targets. I also created a template dashboard to incorporate Gemeente Amsterdam's branding in our reporting and create a recognisable layout for the end users.
Pon Automotive is a company that imports, markets, distributes, services and maintains cars, company vehicles and tires.
I joined PON's BI team as a Tableau Specialist. During the 7 months of support I migrated multiple cognos dashboards to Tableau, whilst also giving them a functional and esthetic makeover.
Other clients are Postcode Lottery Group, Stryker, Sales Architects, Eysink Smeets, Change Consulting Scotland. Activities included BI Consultancy and tool selection, requirement analysis, dashboard design and development, end user training and more. Some of the used BI tools are Tableau, PowerBI, Looker and DOMO.
